There are several outdoor spaces available at Sunrise, during non-school hours.
Pond-The school pond is available during non-school hours. It is a catch and release pond.
Trail-The school trail is available during non-school hours. The trail is a half-mile loop with 13 stations.
Garden-The school garden grows April-October and is maintained by Sunrise students and families. If you are interested in being involved in the garden, email Mrs. Peppers dpeppers@sunrise-r9.org
Produce Stand- The school produce stand operates on Wednesdays during school and alternative hours throughout the summer. All produce is grown and harvested by Sunrise students.
Pavilion-The pavilion is available during non-school hours. School rules apply with the use of the pavilion (no alcohol, no weapons, no fire, etc). Use the pavilion for a family gathering or other larger event. Be sure to clean up after your gathering. -To use the pavilion you must 'reserve' it in advance by filling out the Facility Usage Agreement. You can pick up a form in the office or print this Facility Usage Agreement form.
