MAP TESTING ~BE ONE WITH THE TEST!

Testing Begins April 16th

It's time to BE ONE WITH THE TEST! MAP Testing begins April 16th and will continue through April 27th.  We ask during this time you prepare your child's mind and body to achieve the best possible results reflecting their own progress this year.  Research has shown that after people sleep, they tend to retain information and perform better on memory tasks. Our bodies all require long periods of sleep in order to restore and rejuvenate, to grow muscle, repair tissue, and synthesize hormones.  Eating a healthy meal with a balance of all the food groups also gives you the energy to maintain all that will be required mentally for our students.

It's our responsibility as parents, staff and teachers to do all we can do to help our students BE ONE WITH THE TEST.  Please be in attendance as well as arrive at school on time at 7:45.

Each class will test at different times throughout these two weeks.

Third grade will test in the computer lab (ELA 3 Sessions, Math 3 Sessions).

Fourth grade will test on their chromebooks (ELA 3 Sessions + Writing Prompt, Math 3 Sessions).

Fifth grade will test on their chromebooks (ELA 3 Sessions, Math 3 Sessions, Science 3 Sessions).

Sixth grade will test on their chromebooks - Middle School will have a normal bell schedule and test in the content area class (ELA 3 Sessions, Math 3 Sessions).
